What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Bundles must be returned in full, unopened and unused. Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued minus a $6.99 return shipping fee. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Are any purchases final sale?
Oopsies melts are final sale and not returnable.
When will I get my order?
We strive to process and ship all orders in 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and takes 2-5 business days depending on final delivery location.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our products are handpoured by me. Thank you for supporting local crafts and shopping small!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. Price will be calculated at check out, before you finalize your order. All orders over $35 ship free via standard shipping!
